Butter & Red Radishes

In my neck of the woods we are experiencing an early Spring. Just picked, beautiful red radishes, a loaf of Red Bird Rustic Bread ( check them out or find something similar in your area ), and unsalted, cool but not cold butter.


Slice radishes as thin as you can or use a mandoline slicer. 

Set your table with a bread board, bread, butter, fleur de sel, and coarse cracked black pepper. Slice bread, spread a generous dollop of butter, top with a layer of radishes, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

Pair with your favorite Pinot Gris and share with good company.
